Checking the exercises, workouts, and programs assigned to you follow the same steps, except step 2. In this tutorial, we're only showing how to check all the programs assigned to you to make it simple.
1. When you log into your account, you will be directed to your Dashboard page.
2. On the left side of your Dashboard page, click "Workouts". (Note: If you want to see your exercises or programs, click the buttons "exercises" or "programs" respectively.)
3. After clicking the "Workouts" button, you will be redirected to a list of all workouts that are assigned to you. From this page, you can select a workout to review. To view a specific workout, simply click its name.You will be redirected to the Workout Overview page, where you can see all the details about this program. (In this case, we are checking "Day 1 Chest/Triceps")
