1. When you log into your account, you will be directed to your Dashboard page. On the top-left corner of your Dashboard page, you will see a triple bar icon. Click it.
2. Next, a menu will appear. Click "Calendar."
3. You will be redirected to your calendar, where you can view the schedule of your workouts. Circled dates indicate an assigned workout. You can click each circled date, and information about it will appear below the calendar. Here is an example:
