NOTE: Messaging may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.
Viewing and Starting Conversations on Desktop
- Clicking Messages on the left side menu will allow you to create new conversations with clients and access any existing ones.
- Click the +Add Conversation button and select a client to start a new conversation.
- Select an existing conversation from the list or use the search bar to narrow your selection.
- Use the tabs to navigate between the three available threads.
- Previous messages will appear here.
Sending Messages and Images on Desktop
- First, click in the message bar and type your message. You can also send links if needed.
- Hit the enter button on your keyboard on use the send button to send your message.
- Click the paperclip icon to attach a photo or video to your message. These are great ways to communicate with your clients about exercise form and nutrition.
Viewing and Starting Conversations on the Mobile App
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner, then select Messages. Here you're able to view all active conversations with your clients, or start new ones. (If you want to access only a conversation with a specific client, you can select Clients from the menu, then tap the client's name from your client list.)
- You can select an existing conversation or hit the + icon in the upper right corner and select a client to start a new conversation.

- Client conversations are divided into 3 sections: General, Exercise, and Nutrition. Select the relevant thread for your message.
- Previous messages will appear here.
- Tap the paperclip button to attach a photo or video to your message. These are great ways to communicate with your clients about exercise form and nutrition.
- Type your message here. You can also send links if needed.
- Tap the send icon to send your message.
