Adding Clients on Desktop



  • On the Clients page accessed from the left side menu, click the + Add Client button.



  • Enter your client's first and last name in the form that appears.

  • If you have your client's email address and you want to invite him/her to GymCloud, you can enter their email address and click Invite Now. You can click Invite Later if you're not ready for them to create their account yet.

  • Note: An invitation from you is the only way for a client to create their account and access their workouts/programs. You can send an email invitation after adding them by clicking the client's name on your Clients List, then clicking the Invite Client button beside their profile picture.

  • Your new client will now appear in your main Clients list. 




Editing Your Client's Profile on Desktop



  • From the Clients page accessed from the left side menu, click the client you wish to update.

  • Then, click the Edit Profile button to the right of your client's profile image.






  • Edit any information you wish to change, and click the Save Profile button at the bottom of the page.




Deleting Clients on Desktop



  • To delete a single client you can simply hover your mouse over a client's name and click the Delete button that appears on the right side of the page.





Creating a Client Group on Desktop


The Groups feature is convenient when you have multiple clients on the same program at the same time. You can create a single group, add the clients, then assign the program to the group instead of having to assign it individually to each client.




  • From the Clients page accessed from the left side menu, click on the Groups tab in the top-right corner.

  • Then, click the Add Group button.

  • Enter a name for the group in the popup that appears.

  • You will also have the option to upload a photo for the group.

  • Click Save when you are done, and your group will be created.




Adding Clients to a Group on Desktop



  • To add a single client to a group, you can simply hover your mouse over a client's name and click the Move to Group button that appears on the right side of the page.


  • Or, check the boxes next to multiple clients' names and click the Move to Group button at the top to add many clients at once.

  • A pop-up box will appear, containing the list of groups that you have created. Check the box beside the group you want to move your client(s) into and click the Move To Group(s) button. (In this case, we're moving the clients to Strength Class)



  • You can also add clients through the Group Overview page. To go to this page, simply click the Groups tab and find the name of the group you want to add clients to. (In this case, we're adding clients to the Kettlebell Class).

  • Then, click the search bar and select a client from your client list.

  • Repeat until all the clients you want in the group have been added.

  • Now you can assign programs and workouts to the group using their respective tabs.




Removing Clients from a Group on Desktop



  • From the Group Overview page, check the box of the client(s) that you want to remove from the group.

  • Then, click the Delete button on the right side of the page.

  • Confirm your choice in the popup that appears.

  • Note: Removing clients from groups will NOT delete them from your Clients List.





  • Or, check the boxes next to multiple clients' names and click the Delete button at the top to delete many clients at once.

  • While performing this action, you will also see an option to Archive a client. Learn more about that feature here.

Adding Clients on Mobile


  • From your Dashboard page, you will see a Triple Bar icon in the top-left corner. Tap it.

  • A menu will appear. Tap Clients from the menu.



  • You will then be redirected to your Clients' list page. Tap the + button in the top-right corner.



  • Next, fill out the New Client screen with your client's first and last name.

  • If you have your client's email address, you can now invite them to open a GymCloud account, allowing them to view and schedule workouts and enter results. To send an invitation, simply tap Invite Now.

  • Tap Invite Later if you want to invite your client at a later time.

  • You will be directed back to your Clients' list page. The new client's name will appear on the list, and they will receive an email invitation if you have chosen to send one.




Creating a Client Group on Mobile


  • Select Clients from the main menu accessed by clicking the triple bar icon in the upper left.



  • You will then be redirected to your Clients' list page. Tap the Groups icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  • You will then be shown a list of your current groups. Tap the + icon in the upper right corner to create a new group.





    • Enter a name for your new group in the New Group popup. Tap Save to create the group or Cancel to cancel.

    • If you chose to Save, your new group will appear in your groups list.



    Adding Clients to a Group on Mobile



    • From your Groups List screen, select the group you wish to add members to.



    • A list of current members will appear. Tap the + button to add or remove members.


    • A list of your clients will appear. Tap a client to add them to the group. A check mark will appear to the right of their name, confirming that they have been added to the group.

    • Tap a current group member to remove them from the group. The check mark will disappear, confirming that they have been removed from the group.




    Deleting and Archiving Clients on Mobile


    There are two ways to archive or delete clients on the mobile app.



    • You may select one or more clients using the circle to the left of each client.
    • Then select Archive or Delete when the options appear.



  • To Archive or Delete a single client, you may swipe left on the client and select your desired option.
