It can be useful to organize your library items into folders for easy access. This article will show you how to manage the Exercises section, but the steps for Workout and Program Templates are identical.

Creating a Folder



  • Click Exercises on the left side menu. (If you're creating a workout or program folder, click Workouts or Programs, respectively.)

  • Click the Add Folder button in the top right corner.

  • In the popup that appears, type a name for your folder and confirm.



Adding Items to a Folder


  • There are a few different ways to add items to folders. One is to create a totally new exercise, workout, or program.



  • You can also navigate to your new folder and click the search bar.

  • This will bring up a list of exercises in your library. 

  • Click the Duplicate To This Folder button next to an exercise to copy it to your current folder.



  • To move many at once, check the box next to each exercise.

  • Then, click the Move To button on the top-right corner of the page.



  • Select a folder and click the Move button to confirm.

 


Deleting Exercises from a Folder



  • Check the box next to each exercise you want to delete.

  • Click the Delete button in the upper right corner.

  • Confirm in the popup that appears.

  • You can follow the same steps to delete an entire folder.



Adding Items to a Folder



  • Navigate to Exercises from the main menu, usually accessible from the upper left corner.
  • Tap the + button in the upper right corner.



  • From the options that appear, select Add Exercise to create a new exercise.
  • Choose Add Folder, type a name, and confirm to create a new folder.
