Creating an Exercise on Desktop
Click Exercises on the left side menu to open your exercise library.
Select the folder you wish to add an exercise to. In this case, we chose the Barbell exercise folder. Learn more about folders here.
Click the + Add Exercise button next to the current folder's name.
Type a name for your exercise in the popup that appears. In this example, we'll create a Barbell Shrug exercise.
- Click the Add Exercise button, and your new exercise will be created. Now you can add a description and video to your exercise.
Adding a Description to an Exercise on Desktop
- The Name field allows you to edit the name of your exercise.
- Write a description for your exercise. This is helpful for clients to refer to when learning an exercise. Simple formatting options like bolding, italics, and lists are available.
- Tags are a way for you to organize your library for easy viewing on the mobile app. For example, if you've tagged your barbell exercises with a Barbell tag, clients can filter their exercise list to show only their assigned Barbell exercises if they wish.
- Assign a video to your exercise from YouTube or your video library. Learn more here.
- Click the Save button at the top-right corner when you are done to save your changes.
Deleting Exercises on Desktop
From your list of exercises, check the boxes beside the exercises you want to delete. You can check as many exercises as needed.
Then, click the Delete button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click Delete in the confirmation popup and your exercises will be deleted.
You can also delete a single exercise from its Exercise Overview page.
Select an exercise from your library.
Click the Delete button and confirm in the popup that appears.
Creating an Exercise on Mobile
- Tap the hamburger icon in the upper left corner of the mobile app.
- Select Exercises.
- Tap the folder you want to add an exercise to. In this case, we're adding a Kettlebell exercise.
- Tap the + button in the upper right corner to be taken to the New Exercise screen.
Adding a Title and Description on Mobile
- From the New Exercise screen, tap Title and enter the name for your exercise. In this example, we are creating a Kettlebell Snatch.
- Use the Description field to add instructions for your clients on how to perform the exercise.

When you're finished, tap Save in the upper right corner of your screen.
You will be redirected to the folder with your new exercise.
