Trainers can schedule workouts from both their Desktop or Mobile Device. (Note: Clients can schedule workouts only from their mobile device)

 

NOTE: The Calendar and Scheduling may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.


Scheduling a Workout from your Desktop



  • Select Calendar from the navigation menu.
  • Click the desired date.
  • Select the Client you wish to schedule a workout for (select yourself if you're scheduling a personal workout).
  • Choose the workout Start Time on the left, and End Time on the right.
  • Then, select the Workout from the dropdown list.
  • Click Schedule to finish scheduling the workout.
  • The time and client name should appear in your Calendar.


Scheduling a Workout on a Mobile Device



  • From the main menu, select Clients. (You can schedule workouts for yourself from My Training Log or the main Calendar.)
  • From your Client List, select the client you wish to schedule a workout for.
  • Select Calendar.

  • From the client's calendar, tap + in the upper right corner.
  • Tap Start to edit the start time.
  • Tap End to edit the end time.
  • Select the workout from the client's list of assigned workouts.
  • Tap the check mark in the upper right corner to finish scheduling the workout.
  • It will appear in the client's calendar.



Scheduling a Program Workout from a Mobile Device



  • From your Client List, select the client you wish to schedule a program workout for.
  • Tap Programs on the client portal.
  • Select the proper program.
  • Select the desired workout from the program.
  • From the Workout Overview, tap the Schedule button in the lower left corner.
  • Select Start to edit the start time.
  • Select End to edit the end time.
  • Tap the check mark in the upper right corner to finish scheduling the workout.
