Trainers can schedule workouts from both their Desktop or Mobile Device. (Note: Clients can schedule workouts only from their mobile device)

 

NOTE: The Calendar and Scheduling may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.


Scheduling a Workout from your Desktop



  1. Select Calendar from the navigation menu on the left.
  2. If needed, change the month using the arrow buttons.
  3. Click the Schedule Workout button.
  4. You may also click a date on the Calendar itself to schedule a workout for that day.



  1. Select the Client you wish to schedule a workout for.
  2. Choose the workout Start Time on the left, and End Time on the right.
  3. Then, select the client's Workout from the dropdown list.
  4. Click Schedule to finish scheduling the workout.
  5. You can also log an activity. (You can use this to note something your client did that contributes to their physical/mental health, but may not fall under the scope of your training or fit into the mold of a "workout." You or your client could, for example, log a boxing class as an activity.)


Scheduling a Workout on a Mobile Device



  • Start by selecting Calendar from the main menu, which is usually accessible in the upper left corner.
  • When you reach the Calendar, tap the + button.



  • Select Schedule Workout from the menu that appears. You can choose Log Activity if you want to record something other than an assigned workout.



  1. Set a start and end time for the workout.
  2. Select the client.
  3. Choose a workout from their list of assigned workouts.
  4. Confirm with the check mark and the workout will be added to both you and your client's calendar.



Scheduling a Program on the Mobile App




  • Tap Programs on the client portal.
  • Select the program you want to schedule.



  • Tap the calendar icon in the upper right corner of the program overview.




  1. Select a start date for the first workout of the program. The current day is chosen by default.
  2. Select the weekly training days and set the time for each day. This will set up the template for each week, but you can make changes to individual workout days/times on the preview page.
  3. Tap the Preview button.


  • The preview screen will display all of the program's workouts on the calendar.

  1. Tap a day with a workout to view workout details.
  2. Swipe left on a workout to edit the day/time.
  3. Select List View if you want to see all the programs weeks and workouts in a list.


  1. In List View, tap the kabob and select Edit if you wish to change a workout's day or time.
  2. Tap the check mark to confirm your choices, and all the program's workouts will be added to the calendar.
