If you wish to fully delete your Training App (by GymCloud) account, follow the steps below, contact support@gymcloud.com, or submit a support ticket.


Once completed, your user account and personal information will be removed from our database. This cannot be undone. Any GymCloud subscriptions will be canceled, but invoices may remain in our payment provider's records.




Deleting Your Account in the Mobile App

  • Log in to the mobile app using your GymCloud account email and password, or through your partner organization's website.
  • Open the main menu by tapping the "burger icon" in the upper left corner.
  • Tap your name to navigate to your Profile page.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete my account.
  • Tap the Delete My Account button and confirm your choice in the alert.
  • You will be logged out and your account will be deleted.
