There are several ways of assigning workouts and programs to your clients from the desktop app. Scroll down to learn more or jump to: Assigning a Workout/Program on Mobile App 


(Note: When you assign a Workout or Program Template to a client, you are essentially creating a personal copy for that client. You can personalize the assigned copy for the client by modifying it, without affecting the template in your library. To learn more, read How to Modify an Assigned Program or Workout.)


DESKTOP


Assigning From a Client's Page



  • From the list on the left side of your Dashboard page, click Clients.
  • Clicking the Clients button will redirect you to your Clients List page. Find the name of the client/group to whom you want to assign a program or workout and click it. (In this case, we're assigning a workout to Josh Smith.)
  • Next, you will be redirected to the Client Overview page, where you will see 2 tabs, Workouts and Programs. If you want to assign workouts, click the Workouts Tab. If you want to assign programs, click the Programs Tab. (Note: The same steps apply to assigning workouts and programs. In this tutorial, we are showing how to assign programs. To assign workouts, click the Workouts tab and follow the same steps.)
  • Click the search bar and a list of the workouts or programs in your library will appear. Find the item you want to assign and click it. Alternatively, you could also enter the name of the workout or program that you want to assign and click it. 



Assigning From a Program or Workout Template



  • From Dashboard, click either Programs or Workouts from the menu.
  • Next, you will be redirected to your Workout or Program List page. Find the workout or program which you want to assign and click it. (Since same steps apply to both, we're just going to show how to assign workouts in this tutorial. In this case, we're assigning "Day 1 Chest/Triceps")
  • Next, from your Workout Overview page, click the tab Assign, which is found at the top-right corner of the page.
  • Then, you will be redirected to your list of clients where you can see the "Individuals" and "Groups" tabs. Click either, depending on to whom you're assigning the workout.
  • Next, click the name of client(s)/client group(s) from the list to whom you're assigning the workout. (In this case, we are assigning the workout to an individual, Josh Smith.) A check will appear beside your client's name and a confirmation box will appear on the top-right corner of the page.



Unassigning from a Client's Page



  • To unassign a Workout or Program from a Client's page, click the Trash Can icon to the right of the Workout/Program you wish to unassign.



Unassigning from Workout/Program Templates



  • To unassign from a Workout or Program Template, navigate to the Assign section of a template and click the name of the Client you wish to unassign from.



Mobile App


Assigning a Workout/Program on Mobile




  • From the Dashboard, select either Programs or Workouts from the menu.
  • Next, you will be redirected to your Workout or Program List page. Find the workout or program that you want to assign and click it. (Since same steps apply to both, we're just going to show how to assign workouts in this tutorial. In this case, we're assigning "10 Min Ankle Mobility")
  • Next, from your Workout Overview screen, tap the Assign icon in the upper right corner.
  • Then, you will be redirected to your list of clients where you can see the Individuals and Groups tabs. Click either, depending on to whom you're assigning the workout.
  • Next, tap the name of client(s)/client group(s) from the list to whom you're assigning the workout. (In this case, we are assigning the workout to an individual, Josh Smith.) A check will appear beside your client's name.
  • To Unassign a workout or program, follow the steps above, beginning from the Dashboard.
  • To remove the client/group from the workout or program, tap the name of the client/group who has been assigned the workout/program. The check will disappear.
