Adding a Video to Your Library on Mobile
- Navigate to your Video Library, which is accessible from the main menu.
- Tap the + icon in the lower right corner.
- Choose to use a video from your camera roll or take a new video on the fly.
- After you've selected or recorded a video, give it a name and tap the Upload button.
- When the video is done processing, it will be visible in your Video Library.
- Tap the 3-dot icon to edit the name of the video or delete it.
- When the video is done processing, your trainer will be able to view it when they access your Video Library.
- You can also send the video to your trainer in a message if you have access to messaging.
Adding Videos to Your Library on Desktop
- While logged in from a computer, click Video Library in the main menu on the left.
- Then, click the Upload Video button.
- Drag one or more video files into the box or click Upload From Computer to select from your file explorer.
- When a video has finished uploading, you can click the file name to make changes. After editing, click outside the title box and the new name will be saved.
- Click Finish to save the video. Your video(s) will take some time to process.
- Click the trashcan icon below a video.
- Confirm your choice in the popup that appears.
