You cancel your subscription the same way you originally signed up for your subscription.

IF you created your account at the GymCloud website, start by signing into the web application at app.gymcloud.com and follow the instructions below.

IF you signed up for your account through the iOS mobile app and are using Apple Payments, you should follow the instructions here. 

Cancelling Through the Web Application

• Click your Profile Image in the upper right corner of the desktop browser.
• Select Payments from the dropdown menu.

• On this page you will see your current subscription information, credit cards, and next payment date.
• Click Cancel, to the right of the subscription you wish to end.
• Confirm your choice in the popup that appears.
• The subscription you have selected will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
