In this article, you will learn how to print a Workout. The same steps can be followed to print a Program.


  • Click Workouts in the navigation menu to the left.
  • Select the workout you wish to print. In this case, we selected 20 Minute Full-Body Flexibility.




  • Click the Print button in the upper right corner of the workout




  • Select the printer you wish to use if it is not selected by default, or choose the "Print to PDF" option if you wish to save the workout to your computer.
  • Change any other options you need.
  • Click Print.
  • Your workout will begin printing or you will choose a location on your computer to save it as a PDF.
