The Calendar is where you'll access past workout results and start scheduled workouts. You can  schedule new workouts here, start workouts you've already scheduled, or see past workouts you've completed.


NOTE: The Calendar features may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.




  • Tap the menu icon, then select Calendar.



  • A dot will be shown below each date where a workout has either been scheduled or completed. The current day will be highlighted, and a circle will be shown around the currently selected date.



  • Select a date, then select a workout.
  • You will be taken to the Results Overview, where you can review your workout results.
  • At the bottom of the screen, you can use the Enter Results button to edit your results.
