Scheduling a Workout from the Calendar

Scheduling a Program


There are several ways to schedule a workout: from the Dashboard, the Calendar, and from a Workout Overview.


NOTE: The Calendar and Scheduling features may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.


Scheduling a Workout from the Dashboard



  • You can quickly schedule a workout from the Dashboard.
  • Tap the Schedule button
  • Tap the Start time and scroll to select your workout start time.
  • Tap the End time and scroll to set your workout end time.
  • Select the Workout you wish to schedule from your workout list.
  • Tap the check mark in the upper right corner to schedule the workout.
  • Your scheduled workout will be saved and can be accessed in your Calendar.


Scheduling a Program Workout



  • Tap Programs on the Dashboard (or from the main menu) and you will be taken to your program list.
  • Select the desired program.
  • Select the workout you wish to schedule from the list of workouts in the program.
  • Tap the Schedule button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Set your Start time and End time.
  • Tap the check mark in the upper right corner to finish scheduling the workout.
  • You will be returned to the workout overview, and your scheduled workout can be accessed in your Calendar.


Scheduling a Workout from the Calendar



  • Using the Calendar to schedule workouts is helpful when you need to schedule more than one workout.
  • Select Calendar from the main menu.
  • Select the date you wish to schedule a workout for.
  • Tap the + icon in the upper right corner.
  • Set the Start time, End time, and Workout as shown in the images for the other scheduling methods shown above.
  • After confirming, you will be returned to the Calendar, where you can schedule more workouts.



Editing or Deleting a Scheduled Workout


  • Select Calendar from the main menu
  • Select the date of your workout
  • Swipe left on the workout
  • Tap Edit to update the date/time of your workout, or Delete to remove it from your Calendar



Scheduling a Program


  • Select Calendar from the main menu or Dashboard. (You can also select Programs from the main menu if you want to review a program before scheduling.) 
  • Tap the + icon in the upper right corner of your Calendar page.


  • Select Schedule Program from the options that appear.
  • Choose the program you want to schedule and continue.



  1. Change the program you're scheduling if needed.
  2. Select a start date for the first workout of the program. The current day is chosen by default.
  3. Select your weekly training days and set the time for each day. This will set up your template for each week, but you can make changes to individual workout days/times on the preview page.
  4. Tap the Preview button.


  • The preview screen will display all of the program's workouts on the calendar.

  1. Tap a day with a workout to view workout details.
  2. Swipe left on a workout to edit the day/time.
  3. Select List View if you want to see all the programs weeks and workouts in a list.


  1. In List View, tap the kabob and select Edit if you wish to change a workout's day or time.
  2. Tap the check mark to confirm your choices, and all the program's workouts will be added to your calendar.
