Updating Your Subscription Plan from a Browser


This method only applies if you created your account in an internet browser. If you created your account in the mobile app and are using Apple or Google Pay, you must update from within the app using the instructions later in this article.


  • Start by signing into your organization's app at "app.{organization}.com". Ex: app.strongfirst.com.
  • If signed into the web application on a computer, click Marketplace in the navigation sidebar on the left to see all available subscription plans
    • If on a mobile device and you wish to change your subscription, tap the kabob next to your subscription and select Change from the menu, then select a different plan and complete checkout
    • If on a mobile device and you wish to add a subscription, select Shop Plans, select a subscription option, and complete checkout
  • Click Subscribe (to begin a subscription) or Update (if you wish to select a different billing cycle) for your desired plan


  • In the Checkout popup, you will see your available subscriptions, their prices, and the billing periods
  • Select a subscription and your preferred payment method
  • Click Subscribe to begin your selected subscription.
  • Your card will be charged and library updates for your account will begin if needed.




Updating Payment Methods from Your Browser

  • To update your payment method, first navigate to the My Account section from the Profile Image dropdown menu


  • In the Payment Methods column, you will see all credit cards added to your account
  • For current cards, you have options to Delete a card or Make it your Default payment method (if it is not already set)
  • Click the Add New Card button if you wish to add a credit card
    • If on a mobile device, tap the kabob next to a credit card to set it as the default card or delete it
    • You may also add a new card if needed


  • Enter you card information in the box that appears
  • Click Finish to add the credit card to your account




Updating Your Subscription Plan in the Mobile App


This method only applies if you created your account on the mobile app and have a subscription through Apple or Google Play. If you created your account in a browser, follow the previous instructions to change your plan or add one.


  • From the Dashboard, open the main menu by tapping the hamburger icon.
  • Tap your name to bring up your Profile.
  • Scroll down and select Manage Subscription.
  • Tap the kabob to the right of your subscription and pick the update option, or choose to shop plans if you don't have an active subscription.
  • Select your desired plan and confirm your choice.

If you deleted your app account and didn't have your Apple or Google Subscription transferred to your new account, you may use the Restore Purchases button to restore your premium access.
