If you wish to fully delete your Training App (by GymCloud) account, follow the steps below, contact support@gymcloud.com, or submit a support ticket.


We will remove your user account and personal information from our database. Any personal invoices may remain in our payment provider's records.


Deleting Your Account in the Mobile App


  • Log in to the mobile app using your email and password
  • Open the main menu by tapping the burger icon in the upper left corner
  • Tap your name to navigate to your Profile page
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete my account
  • Tap the Delete My Account button and confirm your choice in the alert
  • You will be logged out and your account will be deleted
