If you wish to fully delete your Training App (by GymCloud) account, follow the instructions below, contact support@gymcloud.com, or submit a support ticket.


Once completed, your user account and personal information will be removed from our database. This cannot be undone. Invoices may remain in our payment provider's records.




Deleting Your Account in the Mobile App

  • Log in to the mobile app using your email and password
  • Open the main menu by tapping the burger icon in the upper left corner
  • Tap your name to navigate to your Profile page
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete my account
  • Tap the Delete My Account button and confirm your choice in the alert
  • You will be logged out and your account will be deleted


If you have a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it separately. Deleting your account will not cancel any active Apple or Google subscriptions.
