1. When you log into your account, you will be directed to the Dashboard page. On the top-left corner of the page, you would see a triple bar icon; click it.
2. After clicking the triple bar icon, menu items will appear. Click "Calendar".
3. From your calendar, pick the date and click "schedule".
4. Next, a list of workouts assigned to you will appear. Click the one you want to schedule and click "save". (In this case, we're scheduling "Day 1 Chest/Triceps. A green check will appear by the workout name, confirming that it's chosen.)
5. Lastly, you'll be redirected to your calendar. Click the date and the workout scheduled on that day will appear below the calendar.
