NOTE: Scheduling may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.
Scheduling a Workout
- Tap the Calendar button on the dashboard. (You can also select Programs or Workouts from the main menu if you want to schedule a program workout or review an individual workout before scheduling.)
- Select the date you wish to schedule a workout for.
- Tap the + icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Schedule Workout from the menu that appears. You can choose Log Activity if you want to record something other than an assigned workout. Learn about scheduling a program below.
- Set a start and end time for the workout.
- Choose a workout from your list of assigned workouts.
- Confirm with the check mark and the workout will be added to your calendar.
Editing or Deleting a Scheduled Workout
- Select Calendar from the main menu or Dashboard.
- Select the date of your workout.
- Swipe left on the workout and tap Edit to change the date/time of your workout, or Delete to remove it from your Calendar.
- Use the Select button if you want to delete more than one, or all, workouts in a month.
Scheduling a Program
- Select Calendar from the main menu or Dashboard. (You can also select Programs from the main menu if you want to review a program before scheduling.)
- Tap the + icon in the upper right corner of your Calendar page.
- Select Schedule Program from the options that appear.
- Choose the program you want to schedule and continue.
- Select the week you want to start on.
- Tap the days you want the workouts to fall on.
- Set the time for each day.
- Tap the Preview button.
- The preview screen will display all of the program's workouts on the calendar.
- Tap a day with a workout to view workout details.
- Swipe left on a workout to edit the day/time.
- Tap the check mark to confirm, and all the program's workouts will be added to your calendar.
