The Calendar is where you'll access past workout results and scheduled workouts. You can also schedule workouts.



  • Tap the menu icon, then select Calendar.



  • A blue dot will be shown below each date where a workout has either been scheduled or completed. The current day will be highlighted in blue, and a blue circle will be shown around the currently selected date.



  • Select a date, then select a workout.
  • You will be taken to the Results Overview, where you can review your workout results.
  • At the bottom of the screen, you can use the Enter Results button to edit or delete your workout.
  • Select Comment to send a message to your trainer regarding this workout.
