You can access past workout results and scheduled workouts at the Calendar. (You can also go to the Calendar to schedule new workouts.


NOTE: The Calendar may not be available for your organization and/or user type. If you're unsure, you may submit a support ticket.



  • Tap the burger icon, then select Calendar from the main menu.
  • Select a date. A blue dot will be shown below each date where a workout has either been scheduled or completed.
  • Tap the workout.


  • You will be taken to the Results Overview, where you can review your workout results.
  • Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to edit your results or delete the workout event entirely.



  1. If you want to delete multiple workouts in a month, you can use the SELECT button.
  2. You can edit the time of a single workout or delete it by swiping left on it.



  • To view all previous results for a workout, navigate to the workout and tap the History button.



  • Results are listed from most recent to oldest.
  • Tap the caret to expand or collapse a set of results.
