To update or change your subscription, start by signing into the web application on a desktop or laptop at app.gymcloud.com. You will not be able to log in using a mobile device browser.
If you don't have access to a desktop or laptop, contact us by submitting a support ticket and we will update your subscription for you.
- Click Marketplace in the navigation sidebar to see all available subscription plans
- Click Subscribe underneath your desired plan's price
- In the Checkout popup, you will see your selected subscription, its price, and the billing period
- Click Subscribe to begin your selected subscription.
- Your card will be charged immediately and your account will be updated.
