Jump to Updating Payment Methods

To update or change your subscription, start by signing into the web application on a desktop or laptop at app.gymcloud.com. You will not be able to log in using a mobile device browser.

If you don't have access to a desktop or laptop, contact us by submitting a support ticket and we will update your subscription for you.


  • Click Marketplace in the navigation sidebar to see all available subscription plans
  • Click Subscribe underneath your desired plan's price

  • In the Checkout popup, you will see your selected subscription, its price, and the billing period
  • Click Subscribe to begin your selected subscription.
  • Your card will be charged immediately and your account will be updated.

Updating Payment Methods

  • To update your payment method, first navigate to the My Account section from the Profile Image dropdown menu

  • In the Payment Methods column, you will see all credit cards added to your account
  • For current cards, you have options to Delete a card or Make it your Default payment method (if it is not already set)
  • Click the Add New Card button if you wish to add a credit card

  • Enter you card information in the box that appears
  • Click Finish to add the credit card to your account
